These Terms of Use govern your use of squidspark.com (the “Site”), operated by SquidSpark, Inc. (“SquidSpark”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Consulting engagements are governed by their own master services agreements and statements of work — these terms cover the Site only.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, business-related purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it to transmit anything malicious or unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, white papers, case studies, and code — are owned by SquidSpark or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. “SquidSpark” and the SquidSpark logo are trademarks of SquidSpark, Inc.
White papers & downloads
Our white papers, case studies, and press materials are free to download and share in their original, unmodified form, with attribution to SquidSpark. You may not sell them, edit them, or present them as your own work.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information, not professional advice. It reflects lessons from real engagements, but every environment is different — talk to us (or another qualified professional) before acting on it in yours.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquidSpark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
